Totally love it.

Just started watching “Two and a Half Men” season 7.
Hope it’s as great as the previous six seasons.

It’s Sunday!

Alright, it is Sunday.

I’ve had a lot of fun in the past few days – movie, sing k, dinner, supper, party, etc.
Oftentimes the amount of money you spend is proportional to the amount of fun you have.
It wasn’t an exception in this case.

Anyway, it’s time to get back to business.
Hope this week will not be too hectic.

Best and Worst

After months of delaying and waiting, I finally went to watch The Hangover.
It was not bad a comedy itself, but I guess I just had too high expectation that it let me down.

Just like everything else in life, high expectations oftentimes lead to huge disappointment.
The higher you aim for or the better you hope for, the harder you fall.

“Hope for the best and plan for the worst,” as the saying goes, is worth keeping in mind all the time.
Whether you have a plan for the worst-case scenario or you anticipate it and get ready to face it, the impact will be much smaller when it does happen.
Even if the impact isn’t any smaller, at least it won’t be as huge a disappointment as it would have been.

I am not sure since when, but I don’t hope for the best anymore.
Sometimes life can be a disappointment itself.

I’ve got no more exams until finals!
The bad news is I have three projects that I expect will take up most of my time until the end of the semester.

As for my cough, I really think that I have recovered from it and that the cough I am having now is habitual.
Therefore, I “buka puasa” today.
I had Beijing beef and cheese rangoon for lunch. They tasted so good, so nice.
Then I bought an iced mocha, which was nothing but a disappointment.
That was the second time I got a drink from that barista.
The iced mocha she makes is just terrible.

The past few days were rather hectic.
I am gonna give myself a break tonight.

Came back at 12 am.
What kind of Sunday is it?

Thank God I have only 5 weeks of school left.
